Returns/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to Fabianny within 30 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion.
For all return inquiries email info@fabianny.com and be sure to include your order number!
Please note the following:
- We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order
- Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund
- All purchases can be returned by mail
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.
- Any products not purchased directly through Fabianny cannot be returned or exchanged through Fabianny
- Any product purchased at a warehouse sale or received free as part of a promotion is ineligible for return
Fabianny reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
DAMAGES
For all damage inquiries email info@fabianny.com. Please include order number and a photo of your damaged item in your inquiry.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order information before placing your order. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
DELIVERIES
Please email info@fabianny.com within 60 days of placing your order if there were errors in receiving your shipment.
RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS
Unfortunately we are unable to make any price changes retroactively.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes
